The TN leaders, OPS and Eddapadi Palaniswami are working independently and not under BJP's orders. The state government, however, should take the responsibility of implementing schemes of the central government at the state level.
Considering that Kerala is refusing to supply water to Tamil Nadu, the means of the Communist party retorting would be unpredictable.”
