Coimbatore, January 6

Burning a portrait of actor Kamal Hasan for expressing controversial views against the electorate of R.K Nagar, the members of the advocate’s wing of dissident ADMK leader TTV Dinakaran raised slogans against the actor.

The advocates who gathered in front of the integrated court complex burnt the poster of the actor for his controversial statements against the electorate of R.K.Nagar.

“It is better if the senior actor confines himself to his profession, which is acting in films' the protesting advocates said.

It may be recalled the Kamal Hasan in a recent column in a Tamil magazine had likened RK Nagar voters to beggars who took money to vote for TTV Dinakaran, who ultimately won the by-election.
