None directing Actor Rajinikanth from behind - G.K. Vasan

No one is pulling strings or directing from behind the actions of actor Rajinikanth; as he could be only directed only in films and not in politics said G. K. Vasan, President of Tamil Manila Congress.

No one is pulling strings or directing from behind the actions of actor Rajinikanth;  as he could be only directed only in films and not in politics said G. K. Vasan, President of Tamil Manila Congress.

Vasan who paid his condolence visit to the family of Prasad, TMC student wing secretary of Tiruppur who died along with two others in a road accident near Sulur recently, later visited the party office where he briefed the media.

While lauding Rajinikanth as someone not quite new to politics and its workings, Vasan said Rajinikanth has been voicing his opinion in politics in the past 30 years either directly or indirectly.

“We are waiting for his imminent political entry and his political agenda for the welfare of TamilNadu “Vasan added.

While expressing his views on reconstitution of wards before local body’s poll, he said that it should reflect the aspirations of the people. Vasan also sought to streamline of GST for hosiery units in Tiruppur and call back of National Medical Commission bill tabled in the parliament.
