Tamil actors should introspect before entering politics - Nallasamy, Coordinator of the Tamilnadu Toddy Movement

Tamilnadu Toddy Movement has dubbed the victory of TTV. Dinarkaran in RK Nagar by-poll as gained through money power and by bribing voters.

Talking to the media here, Nallasamy, the coordinator of the Movement, said:

“The victory of a candidate like Dinakaran, who used his money power is the defeat of Election Commission of India, which has failed to check money distribution during the by-poll.”

He challenged those who captured the first three positions in RK Nagar by-poll to debate with Tamilnadu Toddy Movement and prove that the toddy is an intoxicant, Nallasamy said that in case if they failed to do so, they should be ready quit politics.

“On January 21, those who want to use toddy for personal use could tap it and use it; if the police were to take any action, we are ready to face it legally” Nallasamy further said.

He has appealed to the Tamil actors who have been planning to enter the political arena and become Chief Minister of the state, to do complete introspection before making any move.

Nallasamy also wanted the Justice Arumugam commission probing the death of former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa to unravel the truth. He wanted the parties who were acquitted in the 2G Spectrum case to introspect before filing a defamation case against former CAG Vinod Rai.
