Coimbatore: Forest personnel of the Periyanaickenpalayam Forest Range on Friday detained four men for smuggling liquor bottles into Kerala here.
The unidentified men from Kerala were detained at the Patti Salai forest check-post while smuggling the bottles in two bikes.
When they were checked by foresters, they had found more than 30 liquor bottles to be sold in Kerala.
The men were detained and handed over to police for further investigation.
