All India Democratic Women's Association perform death rituals to ATM's in the city.


All India Democratic Women’s Association today organised a protest in front of an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) to highlight the unavailability of cash in banks and ATM's across the city. Post the demonetising Rs.500 and Rs.1000 denomination currency, the public have been finding it every difficult to with draw cash from the ATM's due to the long queue's and the scarcity of money at ATM's. 

Condemning the situation various political outfits have been staging protests and issuing statements across the nation. The All India Democratic Women’s Association, Coimbatore district today showed their agitation by offering death rituals to the ATM's stating the cash dispensing machine without cash are dead machines. The women sung mourning songs and orchestrated their protest.
