'Rally for Rivers' by Isha Outreach, 150 bikers set off to create awareness.


As a part of the Isha outreach programme, an awareness rally to protect our water bodies "Rally for Rivers" was flagged off this morning from the Narasipuram bus stand. 



Close to 300 people in 150 motor bikes rallied through the villages of Narasipuram, Devarayapuram, Sandhegoundenpalayam and Thondamuthur. The volunteers held placards to sensitise the public of these villages on the importance of saving our water bodies. 



A similar rally would be hosted the coming week, the 26th August covering villages like semmedu, Iruttupalam and Alandurai. On September 3rd, the volunteers will join at the VOC grounds along with Sadhguru who would address the public on the campaign.
