When the political parties and people of Tamilnadu are vociferously opposing the move to construct a dam across Cauvery at Mekedatu, the Tamilnadu Counsel has acceded to it at the Supreme Court which is condemnable and shocking said Seeman, Coordinator of Naam Tamilar Katchi.
