A section of students who have studied through CBSC stream staged a dharna along with their parents in the district collectorate campus, urging the Government to start medical admission process based on NEET score.
The students who thronged the collectorate said that the Government has obtained a NEET exemption and it is readying itself to start the medical admission process based on marks obtained in the State Board Examinations by plus two students.
“We have worked hard for cracking the NEET and have emerged successful. We have also spent our parent’s money for attending coaching classes. The Government should take into consideration our plight and if the Government did not heed to our wishes we have no other recourse but to approach the courts’ the students said.
