Those who have applied for unemployment pension at the District Employment office are asked to submit their self-declaration form before August 15, the final date of the submission.
Mandatory details such as name, MR number, bank details, employment registration renewal dates and the total stipend received so far has to be filled up.
The forms can be downloaded from www.employment.tn.gov.in. And submitted at the District Employment office.
