Actor Kamal Hasan, exhorts his fan base to make formal complaints about corruption in TN Government website.

Exhorting to his wide fan base to raise to the occasion and make formal complaints in Government website about the pervasive corruption he is talking about, actor Kamal Hasan has written an open missive addressed not only his fans but all Tamilnadu citizens.

In the letter addressed to “those who have not been purchased” by money offered by influential politicians the actor has said that he had somehow entered politics even as he lent his voice in anti-Hindi agitation. which took place in 1960s.

Criticizing  Jeyakumar , state finance minister for asking for proofs for corruption and calling H. Raja as Orthopedics expert for calling him “spineless” the actor has said that those who are steeped in corruption is threatening me with action for tax evasion, which evokes both anger and laughter in me , the actor has said in his letter.

Exhorting to his fan base to register their complaints to the ministers concerned, about irregularities and corruptions taking place in various departments, in Tamilnadu the actor has underlined that the fans while doing so should not show disrespect to them and address the Ministers respectfully.

Hoping that the petition campaign he has kick started would at least draw one lakh responses the actor has said, rather ironically, that the Tamilnadu prison would not have enough space to arrest and detain all of them in prisons.

While noting that he would go to file petitions and complaints about filmdom, his profession, others could respond in the same way about other departments and professions.

Alleging that most of people of filmdom are afraid to speak out, he said that if courageous among them come out with allegations the pot of corruption will overflow in public

Let us prove to them the ruling class, that the people are not cattle with herd mentality, Let us speak out and let the world hear the voice of people.

The actor who has signed the letter has also given the web addresses of Tamilnadu Government web sites, where the ministers and their portfolios are listed. www.tn.gov.in/ministerslist
