SP Murthy inaugurates book festival organized at Vijaya Pathipakam


Superintendent of Police Murthy inaugurated a book festival organized at Vijaya Pathipakam in Rajaveedhi.



Speaking after inaugurating the sale of books he said that the reading habit is a life- giving and enhancing habit which should be cultivated by one an all. This kind of book festivals would go a long way in cultivating the reading habit among public he said and added that reading through online forums could not be compared with reading physical books, which are an experience in itself.

Books on literature, travel, spirituality, science and children books are on display in the festival. A 30% discount could be availed by book lovers said Velayutham, the publisher. The book festival would be on till July 21.
