Residents of Kannapuram “greet” district collector for establishing new TASMAC outlets in Kannapuram.

Residents of Kannapuram “greeted” district collector T.N.Hariharan with a flower bouquet for setting up two new TASMAC outlets added to the existing two outlets in their area.



The aggrieved residents thronged the collectorate led by former Corporation Councilor Meena Logu, took to this novel protest by offering the bouquet, as he they thought the Collector has helped Government to get good revenue, but not looked into the welfare of the people by allowing the establishement of new outlets in their area.

However Policemen who intervened took away the bouquet and the residents petitioned that the new TASMAC outlets along with the old one be shifted out of their area.
