"Youth's participation in agriculture will uplift the sector"- Krishnaraj Vanavarayar at Uzhave Thalai seminar.


"Even after 70 years of Independence the nation is yet to make big strides in various sector which has not happened due to lack of public participation" said Krishnaraj Vanavarayar, Chairman of Bharthiya Vidya Bhavan school (BVB) at Uzhave Thalai seminar.



“Uzhave Thalai” seminar was organized as a part of Agritech 2017 exhibition at the Coddissia hall, Avinashi road. Eminent speakers from varied sectors addressed the gathering on pressing  issues along with futuristic remedial solutions. 

Speaking at the event Krishnaraj Vanavarayar, Chairman BVB School, emphasised that "Farmer suicides have become rampant in the country. The people should try to understand farmers and their problems in depth and try not to look down on farming sector and the farmers"

"It is not enough to get awareness about a particular problem but being responsibile is what  will help us achieve results. To get over the present crisis in agriculture sector, the country's youth should enter the field in big numbers. This would lead to getting over the negative image of farming and its related activities", Vanavaryar said.



Coimbatore District Chamber of Commerce and Codissia have jointly organized this one day seminar. Eminent speakers from various agriculture and non agriculture based sectors took part in the seminar and delivered thought-provoking lectures on varied pressing topics. Hundreds of public from various parts of the district enthusiastically took part in the seminar.
