Backward classes Economic Development Corporation is extending loans to Individuals and budding entrepreneurs in various categories to BPL beneficiaries including business loans, milch animal loans and to self-help groups.
The eligibility criteria includes an annual family income lesser than Rs.77,000 (for rural) and Rs.1,20,000 for urban applicants. Those who are in the age category of 18 to 60 years could apply for these loans.
Those who want to apply for loans can contact District Backward class officer, Primary Agriculture cooperative banks and District cooperative banks and societies said a press communique from the District collector T.N.Hariharan.
