The GST roll out would lead to better growth rate of Gross Domestic Product and the new entrepreneurs community would set to grow as the whole taxation system has been overhauled and made simpler by the introduction of GST said Suresh Prabhu, Union Railway Minster.
Briefing the media after participating in the GST awareness meeting with city’s industrial sector the Railway minister said the taxation system has been made so transparent and it would be beneficial to the growth of both manufacturing and services sector.
“The tax paid through GST would pave way for creating better infrastructure for education and other developmental works in the nation the minister said and added that grievances regarding higher rates of taxes as expressed by certain sections would be passed on to Finance Minister Arum Jointly and remedial actions would be taken” Suresh Prabhu said.
