The medical college admissions to MBBS and BDS in Tamilnadu should be based on NEET score and allotting 85% seats to students who studied in state board and only 15% to those studied in CBSC by the State Government is a wrong move said Dr. Krishnasamy, President of Puthia Tamilagam.
Briefing the media here, Dr. Krishnasamy said that Health Minister has done this to satisfy some one. If a public interest litigation is filed against the state Government’s move, the proposed practice would be stayed by the courts.
While expressing his view of GST, he said that the blanket taxation system would be beneficial to the society and industry. Awareness meeting should be organized to dispel any doubts harbored by the people regarding GST. If the roll out of GST is inimical to the interests of the any industry, Puthia Tamilagam would rise its voice Dr. Krishnasamy said.
While answering a query as to continuous walk outs staged by the DMK, he said that it is unavoidable as the opposition views are not properly heard in the assembly he said.
