The GK Sundaram awards instituted Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Coimbatore were presented to eminent personalities in various categories.
While S.V.Balasubramaniyam, Chairman, Bannari Amman Sugars bagged the award in Industries category, T.K.Chandran, MD of Chennai Silks was given the award in trade category.K. Maruthachalam, Proprietor of R.K. Photo Centre won the award in Service category.
Suresh Krishna, Managing Director of Sundaram Fasteners Ltd. who was the chief guest of the award ceremony gave away the awards. Ms.Vanitha Mohan presided over the function.
