Vanathi Srinivasan, BJP Vice President inaugurated the flower stringing competition for women under the aegis of People Seva Centre in the city and also distributed bank loans to women entrepreneurs.
Inaugurating the event at a marriage hall in RS Puram, Vanathi Srinivasan said that People Seva Centre, started by her is helping out the poor and needy through its activities. “Flower stringing completion is something where those which utmost concentration can win. Womenfolk should come forward to utilize their skills and entrepreneur loans are being extended to them to start their own business ventures.
Over 100 women took part in the flower stringing completion and prizes were distributed to them.
