50 cities in the nation would get new air connectivity within next two months - Venkaiah Naidu - Union Minister Urban Development

'If the state Government approaches the Centre with  draft proposals for welfare measures, appropriate fund allocation would be made for consecutive three years without any hitch', said Venkaiah Naidu, Union Minister Urban Development.

Addressing the “Anaivarum Inaivom, Anaivarum Uyarvom” programme organized in the city, to show case the three year achievements of BJP Government and speaking among industrialists, Venkaiah Naidu said that the Government at the Centre is corruption free, whereas the earlier UPA Government had many scams to its discredit, including the 2G scam.

'Prime Minister is leading the nation with a development agenda and that about 50 cities in the nation would get air connectivity in the next two months. Air services in short hauls between cities would be introduced soon”, Venkaiah Naidu said.

Speaking on the after effects of demonetization, the Union Minister said, 'After demonetization, many have come forward to pay their taxes and the Government is to announce incentives to encourage income tax filing among common people'.
