Ready-to-Cook Food Preparation Training at TNAU Coimbatore

A two-day training session on the preparation of ready-to-cook foods will be held at TNAU Coimbatore on May 29-30, 2024, offering lessons on various mix products.


Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) is set to host a training program on ready-to-cook food items on May 29 and May 30, 2024. The event will take place from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Post Harvest Technology Centre, under the Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute.

The training will cover the making of various ready-to-mix products including Dosa mix, Adai mix, Dhokla mix, Bisibele bath mix, Kheer mix, Ice cream mix, Tomato rice mix, Soup mix, and Gulab Jamun mix. This program is designed to enhance skills in preparing instant culinary mixes that are both convenient and economical.

Interested participants are required to pay a fee of Rs. 1,770 (Rs. 1500 + 18% GST), which is to be paid on the first day of the training.
