Coimbatore District Collector Announces Applications for Welfare Board Membership for Christian Church Workers

Coimbatore District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati calls for applications for non-official member positions in the Welfare Board established for the socio-economic and educational development of workers and preachers in Christian churches.


Coimbatore: District Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati, in a statement released on February 7, announced the formation of a Welfare Board dedicated to the socio-economic and educational advancement of workers and preachers serving in Christian churches across Coimbatore District. This initiative aims to support the community through various schemes including accident relief, educational scholarships, marriage assistance, maternity aid, and pension for the elderly.

Individuals interested in serving as non-official members on this Welfare Board are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates should be deeply committed to social service within the Christian community and interested in societal advancement.

Applicants are required to submit their applications with comprehensive personal details including name, father's name, date of birth, age, address, proof of being a Christian, current address, Aadhaar number, educational qualifications, occupation, family member details, contact number, and details of service rendered, in triplicate.

Qualified applications will be recommended to the government for consideration. For more information, interested parties can contact the District Minority Welfare Office located on the second floor of the Coimbatore District Collector's office, as informed by Collector Kranthi Kumar Pati.
