Coimbatore: With the 75th Republic Day of India just around the corner, Coimbatore has ramped up security measures, particularly at the Coimbatore Railway Station and other critical areas. The enhanced security arrangements have been made in anticipation of the grand celebrations planned for the occasion.





Given the significance of the day, the entire nation is witnessing heightened security. In Coimbatore, the central venue for the Republic Day celebrations, V.O.C. Park, has been brought under strict police surveillance.

Additionally, public places like temples, bus stations, and airports are under vigilant scrutiny by the police department, with the assistance of sniffer dogs. These measures aim to ensure the safety and security of the public during the festivities.
