O. Panneerselvam should explain the secret behind his swearing in as chief minister, says Deputy speaker in Lok Sabha

Deputy speaker in Lok Sabha, Thambidurai of All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) party has stated “O. Panneerselvam should explain the secret behind his swearing in ceremony after J. Jayalalitha's death. NEET exam and the Neduvasal issues are the problems of the state government. I do not have anything to say about those issues. Tamilnadu government is speaking to the central government on the issue of cancelling the NEET examination. The central and the state governments are working together in this issue.” he said.

“V. R. Nedunchezhiyan was made interim chief minister only after the then CM Annadurai's funeral was over. But why was Panneerselvam was sworn in as chief minister before the last rites of J Jayalalithaa were performed? He should explain the reason behind this.” said Thambidurai.

“There are no teams in AIADMK, Sasikala in continuing as the party's general secretary. TTV Dinakarans reply to the notice issued tao Sasikala by the election commission is right. Sasikala was elected as the party's general secretary in the general body meeting.” He said.  

He also questioned why O. Panneerselvam is opposing Sasikala's election at present Former chief minister's death is a natural death, there is no secret behind her death he clarified.
