Road accident victim succumbs to grievous injuries in spite of 2 months of medical treatment in Coimbatore

Duraisamy, a native of Ganapathy, who was seriously injured in an accident near Malumichampatti in Coimbatore, in November last year, succumbed to his injuries on Monday, in spite of two months of intensive medical treatment.


Coimbatore: Duraisamy hails from Ganapathy in Coimbatore district and was travelling along with his wife on his two-wheeler near Malumichampatti, two months ago.

Both of them were seriously injured in an accident that occurred on the road and his wife died on the spot.

Duraisamy was immediately admitted to a private hospital in Saravanampatti and was undergoing treatment for the past two months but passed away on Sunday (15.01.2023).

The Saravanampatti police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
