MLA Radhakrishnan Visits Injured Workers at Udumalpet Government Hospital

Former Minister and Udumalpet MLA Radhakrishnan visited 19 female workers injured in a truck accident near Udumalpet, offering condolences and support at the government hospital.


Coimbatore: Former Minister and current Udumalpet MLA Radhakrishnan visited the Government Hospital in Udumalpet to offer condolences and support to the injured workers involved in a recent accident.

The incident occurred near Ammapatty division in the Udumalpet area of Tiruppur district. A goods vehicle carrying female workers overturned, resulting in injuries to 19 people. The victims were immediately rushed to the Udumalpet Government Hospital for treatment.

Radhakrishnan personally met with the injured workers at the hospital, expressing his concern and offering words of comfort. He inquired about their health conditions and the treatment they were receiving. The MLA assured the victims and their families that necessary support would be provided for their recovery.

The accident has raised concerns about the safety of transportation for workers in the region. Local authorities are expected to investigate the cause of the accident and take measures to prevent such incidents in the future.
