Pride of Tamil is our PM speaking it every time - State General secretary AP Muruganantham

More than 200 BJP caders participated in the protest to make Tamil compulsory led by Coimbatore BJP South district president Vasantharajan.

Coimbatore: BJP south district president Vasantharajan led a protest against the DMK government at Madukkarai market here today.

More than 200 BJP workers, including state general secretary A P Muruganantham, participated in the meeting and raised slogans against the DMK government.

Speaking at the protest, district president Vasantharajan said:

“The Pride of Tamil is that our Prime Minister Narendra Modi is speaking it everywhere. The present government, which claims to promote Tamil, does not even know how to sing Tamil Thaai Vaalthu. It's scary to see the lessons in Tamil textbooks.

Today, no one calls her 'Amma', she calls her 'Mummy', that's how Tamil exists," he said.

Following him, state general secretary A P Muruganantham said, “The DMK's atrocities are on the rise in Tamil Nadu. They are destroying Tamil in the name of anti-Hindi imposition. Schools run by ministers and their benamis have the central government's CBSE syllabus in place.

Not only that, if you speak in Tamil there, you will get a fine of up to a thousand is imposed. As many as 44,500 students had failed in the class 10 board exams. Is this the way Tamil is being developed?" he asked.

And no one can destroy the BJP. In particular, as long as PM Modi, Amit Shah and Rahul Gandhi are there, the BJP cannot be given," he said. This is because Rahul, who has been deceiving in the name of Gandhi, has set foot in Goa.

Seven MLAs joined the BJP. The same thing happened in Rajasthan. He should go to all parts of India in the same way. When he finally arrives in Delhi, the current Prime Minister Modi will be the Prime Minister for the third time.

We have been constantly demanding a ban on the PFI party. The present government has found them and banned the organisation. The BJP should win 25 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

He said the BJP will form the government in Tamil Nadu in the 2026 elections, especially in Pollachi constituency by a huge margin. "No one can shake the BJP rule for 50 years and this should be the last rule for the DMK which is finally trying to destroy Tamil,"
