A 62-year-old Male from Tirupur admitted on 16.08.2020 at 09.30 PM in Coimbatore Medical College and ESI Hospital. Outcome of COVID test: Positive result on 16.08.2020. The patient died on 24.08.2020 at 06.20 PM due to RespiratoryFailure/COVID Pneumonia.
A 60-Year-old Male from Tirupur having COVID-19 RTPCR Positivity on 19.08.2020 with Type 2 DM,SHTN Post CABG Status admitted on 19.08.2020 at 10.02PM at a private Hospital with Complaints of Fever,cough for 9 days, difficulty in Breathing for 1 day. Died on 25.08.2020 at 04.10AM due to COVID-19 Pneumonia.
A 47-year-old Male from Tirupur admitted on 22.08.2020 at Coimbatore Medical College Hospital. The patient died on 23.08.2020 at 06.15 AM due to CKD/SHT/COVID Positive.
In some positive news, the district discharged 182 recovered patients, taking the tally of recoveries to 1,613.
