Low lying lands are at risk of flooding due to the collapse of the embankments of Ponnani river.



On the Gudalur-Oveli road, trees fell across the road causing a traffic jam for about 2 hours. Electricity has been cut.

Due to this, the normal life of the public has been severely affected.
