Udayanithi Stalin has mentioned in the suit that Madan Ravichandran has posted a video on the YouTube channel Channel Vision titled Maankari vs Udayanithi Stalin/Thiruporur shooting. DMK Youth Secretary Udayanithi Stalin has filed a defamation suit in the Saidapet court in Chennai alleging that the video was posted without any basis and to tarnish his reputation and that of his family.
Further, the petitioner has demanded that Madan Ravichandran, who has been spreading slanderous news about him be prosecuted under the Indian Penal Code, Defamation Act and accorded severe punishment.
