To celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi festival grandly in Tirupur city, the Hindu Munnani had installed Ganesha idols at more than 1,000 places.



Tirupur: On the occasion of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival which is celebrated annually by the Hindu Munnani as an event to unite Hindus, the Puducherry State Speaker, M Selvam who is in Tirupur alleged that the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin who claims to lead a Dravidian model of rule had not wished Hindus on the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi which is the most important festival of Hindus."

Puducherry Assembly Speaker M Selvam visited the idol of Lord Ganesha placed near the New Bus Stand in Tirupur and later inaugurated 'Anna Dhanam' for 5,000 people and addressed the media.
