An inter-faith Pongal Celebration was celebrated in the city at Koniamman Temple, Town hall.
Barring all caste, creed and religion this inter-faith Pongal celebration was organised by Universal Brotherhood Association, Coimbatore to show solidarity and compassion towards each other.
District Collector TN Hariharan inaugurated the event. During this meet, special prayers were also hosted for rain and farmers welfare.
