A two training programme for “Preparation of Instant Mixes” will be hosted at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) on 20 and 21 December. The training will be provided in production of Health mix, Dosa mix, Adai mix, Dhokla mix, Halwa mix, Gulab jamun mix, Ice cream mix, Tomato rice mix, Bisibelabath mix, Kheer mix and Soup mixes.
