About 146 participants from over 30 countries from Europe, North, central and South America, Australia, Japan, China, Switzerland, Uganda successfully completed the Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Programme at the Isha Foundation. This programme was hosted between 19 July and 13 December. Sadhguru blessed all the participants during the closing session of this programme.
Those who have successfully completed this programme have been now certified as teachers and can now offer the possibility of Isha Hatha Yoga to the world. The teachers have been trained to teach the components of Isha Hatha Yoga - Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, Surya Shakti, Nada Yoga, Pranayam and many other yogic practices. These teachers have now been equipped and empowered to transmit this rather exact science and make their contribution in fulfilling this vision.
