Abdul Hakkim, Public Relations Secretary of Coimbatore Chapter of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JeIH) shares that the social service wing of JeIH, Coimbatore has donated drinking water tank to Families for Children a children’s home that is located in the city.
Families for Children shelters about 300 children who are mentally and physically challenged. The managers of this home requested this NGO for a drinking water tank and the same was installed by JeIH. Earlier, the members and volunteers of JeIH visited this home and a nutritious meal was served to the inmates of this home.
