Social Awareness Organisation’s President and Advocate Socrates has filed a complaint with the Coimbatore police commissioner seeking action against a person named Krishnamoorthy, whose video on Former CM Jayalalitha's death and allegations against Sasikala has gone viral in all social media sites.
In his petition, he stated that Krishnamoorthy who claims to be a Supreme Court lawyer is first of all not a lawyer at all and is spreading 'unwarranted' information about Jayalalitha's death and Sasikala through social networking sites.
When speaking about the incident, Socrates said, “Krishnamoorthy was arrested few years before for posing himself as a doctor. In 2009, a case was registered on him for appearing in a case in Madurai Court without registering as a lawyer. He does not hold a degree in law but has been falsely claiming himself as a Supreme Court lawyer. An investigation should be conducted about his claims and necessary action should be taken against him.”
