Applications invited from differently abled persons to avail sewing machines

Coimbatore district collector has invited applications from the differently abled person who wish to avail motorised sewing machines. It has been reported that the sewing machines are ready for distribution among the differently abled persons.

The persons who want to apply for the sewing machine should have a valid disabled identity card. They should also have completed a certificate course in sewing from a government institution or a government recognised sewing institute.

Age of the applicant should be between 18 and 45. Differently abled persons with the above qualifications can apply with the necessary certificates either in person or through the post to District Handicapped Welfare Officer, Coimbatore District Collector's office complex, Coimbatore.
