Corporation disconnects water connection to tax defaulters

The Coimbatore corporation has disconnected the water connection in three places in Coimbatore due to non-payment of the tax dues. Owing to non-payment of dues water connection to the home of the following people was disconnected. One of them is Subramaniam who resides in Chinnasamy Layout in Ward 57. It is reported that his outstanding dues stand at Rs.46,682. The water connection was also disconnected in the homes of Manikandan and Thirumalvendan who live in Albatoss street. The outstanding dues of property tax are Rs.53,790. Also, the connection to the universal machines situated in the Sathy Road was also disconnected. People are requested to pay all the dues to the Coimbatore corporation to avoid any actions.
