An awareness programme on Traffic safety, rules and regulations was conducted for school students by the traffic police personnel. As per the directions of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Saravanan, police personnel conducted various awareness programmes on traffic regulations at various schools in RS Puram, Oppanakkara Street, Peelamedu, Ramnagar, and Puliyakulam.
A large number of school students participated in this awareness programmes. Teachers also participated in creating awareness about traffic regulations among the students.
