Coimbatore, January 9
A group of 40 Russians visited Isha Yoga Center to participate in the 4 days Inner Engineering Program organized here in the first week of January.
Inner Engineering program, an advanced yoga programme, is organized at Isha Yoga Center every month in which Upa Yoga practices and the ancient Shambavi Maha Mudhra Meditation is taught.

And more than 20 are staying back to learn the Surya Kriya Yogic Practice which will happen on January 9 and 10th at Isha Yoga Center.
This is the first foreign trip for few of these Russians and many of them don’t know the English language. In spite of that, they have traveled all the way to South India to learn Yoga.
Earlier in November 2017, Sadhguru has conducted a Sathsang in Moscow and about 200 people had attended this.
Natasha, one of the students who learned inner engineering said” I work as a translator and I travel the world non-stop. While traveling I met a lot of spiritual people, went to different ashrams and “yoga places”, but I’m only at the beginning of my spiritual journey.
And I’m happy I was fortunate enough to participate in this Inner Engineering program. It’s absolutely amazing what you get during these 4 days. The obvious truth about life and the simplest form in which it was given has gotten straight to my heart.
I was totally engaged in everything Sadhguru was saying, and I’m committed to continue my practice further on. I’m grateful for having the opportunity to be in this program.
Yoga Trainer Yuri Kuzmin says, when talking about the Russians said “There was an overwhelming response to the announcement of this Inner Engineering Program. Within few weeks all seats were fully booked and we even had to release few additional slots.
“People came from 4 different countries: Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarus. Many of them not knowing the word of English and not having experience in travelling outside of Russia, still they came driven by their deep longing to learn Yoga”
The stories they were sharing are most touching. One elder lady worked two jobs just to afford the travelling expenses. Another participant initially was hesitant whether to come to program or not, but after attending Sadhguru Sathsang in Moscow immediately he enrolled.
Another person who didn't know any English started taking English lessons just to be able to volunteer in the ashram after the program.
They were overwhelmed by the beauty and serenity of Isha Yoga Center.
And the transformation that happened on the last day of the program was unbelievable. The smiles became wider, eyes brighter, and many of them shared that they have touched something they never experienced in their lives, something very deep and profound.
