CBI Special Court sends Mohammed Mubark to judicial custody till January 9


Coimbatore, December 26

Mohammed Mubarak, 28, the prime suspect in Sasikumar murder case, was sent to judicial custody until January 9 by the CBI Special Court, where he was produced this afternoon.



CB(CID) Police team, which arrested the suspect from a hideout at Vadakkipalayam near Pollachi, produced him in the special court. While, the police have petitioned the court to take him into police custody for 14 days, Judge Gunashekaran posted the matter for tomorrow.
