A one-day training on 'Commercial Production of Fruit and Vegetable Products' will be organised at Food Processing Incubation cum Training Centre (FPITC), Regulated Market, Coimbatore Marketing Committee, Kodathavadi Pirivu, Kinathukadavu, on December 14.
Training will be given on the processing technologies of dehydrated vegetables and fruits, pickles, mixed fruit jam, tomato ketchup, squash, candy, ready to serve beverages, fruit bar,etc..
