Tamil Nadu Agricultural University is organising a two-day training programme on 'Preparation of Instant Mixes' on December 12 and 13 at its campus from 9 AM to 5 PM.
The training will cover preparation of health mix, halwa mix, dosa mix, gulab jamun mix, adai mix, Ice cream mix, dhokla mix, tomato rice mix, bisibelabath mix, soup mixes and kheer mix.
