A team of officers from Air Head Quarters, Delhi, led by Air Commodore Surat Singh, Principal Director Personnel (Officers), conducted a workshop on 'Human Resource Management' at Air Force Station, Sulur, today. It was presided over by Air Vice Marshal B Chandra Sekhar, Senior Officer in-charge (Administration), Southern Air Command.
The workshop included presentations on latest policies of Indian Air Force pertaining to induction, training, in-service training, career progression appraisals, promotion prospects, postings, welfare and so on.
More than 120 personnel attended the workshop.
