Over 4000 police personnel from 8 districts are being deployed in view of the MGR centenary celebrations scheduled for tomorrow (December 3) at the VOC Park grounds here.
As a large number of people are expected to attend the 'politically-charged' event at the VOC grounds, the district administration has beefed up the security arrangements.
