Coimbatore, Nov. 30
"The meet was out of political decency and nothing more to add" said MDMK President Vaiko after meeting working president of the DMK, MK Stalin at the international airport here.
The MDMK leader waited at the airport to meet the working president of DMK who was here to express his condolence to a former Minister's family member.
Later speaking to the media, Vaiko alleged that the Centre has been working against the interests of the people of Tamil Nadu. "While the Centre is trying to implement the controversial neutrino project in Tamil Nadu, the state government remains mum ", he lamented.
When questioned about the R.K Nagar by-poll, Mr. Vaiko said that his party's stand would be announced by December 3.
"The AIADMK is solely responsible for the death of Raghupathy who had allegedly died after ramming into a scaffolding put up on a prominent road here", he asserted.
With R.K Nagar by-polls just a couple of weeks away, this sudden meet of Vaiko and Stalin has set tongues wagging.
