New Zealand Students visit TNAU

Coimbatore, Nov. 28 

A student group from Massey University, New Zealand, was on a visit to Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) today to learn about the latest advancement in farming and allied sector practised in Tamil Nadu. 



The scientists in TNAU explained to the students the recent developments in TNAU and the cutting-edge technologies used in farming. 



The students showed interest in understanding the functioning of bio-energy park, biogas generation unit, sustainable organic agricultural technologies, integrated agricultural, poultry and fishery systems, agricultural wetland and agri business development. 

The visit was facilitated as a part of Tamil Nadu education research and extension activities.
