Relatives of bus stand crash victim refuse to accept Rs.4 lakh compensation.

Kanakaraj, the Sulur Legislator who have visited the house of Dharini, one of the five victims of Somanur bus stand collapse was gheroed by relatives and they refused to accept the Rs. 4 lakh announced as compensation for the victims by Chiefminister Edapadi Palanisamy.

The Sulur MLA accompanied by officials had visited the house of the Dharini, a college student who had lost her life in the bus stand roof collapse along with officials in Kombakaduputhur.

But the relatives refused to accept the compensation saying that the Government apathy had led to the accident in the first place.
