A Two-day training on “Preparation of Spice Powders and Pickles” will be held at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore on 12-9-2017 and 13-9-2017 between 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. The training will cover the following topics:

Ready - to - use pastes
Mushroom pickle
Banana flower pickle
Bitter gourd pickle
Brinjal pickle
Onion pickle
Interested persons are requested to pay a training fee of Rs.1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only), on the 1st day of the training programme.
