3 year old severely injured in a road rage accident

A 3-year old and her parents  were severely injured by a car allegedly driven by inebriated drivers around 45 minutes back. 

This gruesome accident happened in the Mettupalayam Road near Periyanaickenpalayam. People who were present at the spot of the accident describe that the car was trying to overtake when they rimmed into the bike coming in the opposite side. 

The husband, wife and their 3 year old child coming in the bike were severely injured with the young kid bleeding a lot from the head. 

The public got into a spate of arguments with the police as they allegedly tried to safeguard the driver.
